NOTE: This form is used to notify Macy's of a vendor’s request to migrate to VICS 4010. After the form is received: The Macy’s EDI Support Center will notify the vendor for verification of information before executing the request. Upon completion of the request, all divisions and transaction sets migrating will be migrated simultaneously. All migrations will be completed within three days of verified information.
