EDI Vendor 5010 Migration Form

NOTE: This form is used to notify Macy's of a vendor�s request to migrate to VICS 5010. THIS 5010 MIGRATION FORM DOES NOT APPLY TO MACY�S MERCHANDISING GROUP (MMG). After the form is received: The Macy�s EDI Support Center will notify the vendor for verification of information before executing the request. Upon completion of the request, all divisions (exception MMG) and transaction sets migrating will be migrated simultaneously. All migrations will be completed within three days of verified information. Parallel testing is not available.
